Mr Keith Sheppard
Mr Sheppard is the Managing Director of Getley Paulsen and Associates Pty Ltd, Executive Director of FPS (Australia) Pty Ltd and a director of Hotham Wines Ltd. He is an Associate of the Financial Planning Association and has over 16 years experience in the insurance and financial planning industry. Mr Sheppard joined the board on the inception of the company.

Mr Bruce Williamson
Mr Williamson has in excess of 25 years banking and finance industry experience. He joined the group in 1990, moving into a directorship role in 1995. He is currently the CEO of Westminster National Pty Ltd and Managing Director of Service Financial Corporation Ltd.

Mr Dalton Gooding
Mr Dalton Gooding is a Chartered Accountant and a founding partner Gooding Pervan Chartered Accountants and a director of a number of private and public companies, including the RAC and Chairman of the West Coast Eagles. Dalton joined the board of SFC in December 2003.

Mr Terry Power
Mr Power is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience and has diverse and varied experience in the finance industry. Mr Power was appointed to the Board on 1 July 2008 and is the Group Chief Financial Officer.
